Education & background

Before I became a Multisensory Language Specialist tutor, I began my career in elementary education. Later, I transitioned into a supported employment/job coach for individuals with developmental disabilities. This provided me with unique and practical insights to understanding learning differences across the spectrum and age groups. I have taught in public and private schools, and have more than 30 years experience tutoring in individual and group language settings.

Experience: Wilson Language System and other Orton Gillingham-based structural literacy programs.
Master of Science: Special Education and Varying Exceptionalities, Florida State University.
Bachelor of Science: Elementary Education, Florida State University
